Process Development and Optimization

Overview

Our state-of-the-art R&D facility is spread across a 3-acre land in Hyderabad, India. It is designed to house 100 fume hoods and 200 scientists, with potential for further expansion. It is equipped with a comprehensive range of cutting-edge equipment and leading digital technologies.

Our current team of 60 R&D scientists and engineers boast rich CDMO experience. Our multidisciplinary group specializes in phase-appropriate process research and development. We focus on route scouting, process optimization, back integration of KRMs, process safety, in silico evaluation of Potential Geonotoxic Impurities (PGIs) and robustness during drug development.

Leveraging our technical expertise, we design and execute development strategies, including salt screening and polymorph evaluation. Our advanced process engineering and safety lab equipped with flow reactors, automated cylindrical reactors, mixing softwares, miniature downstream equipment, RC1e, DSC, ARC, multi-functional crystallizer etc, ensuring safety and compliance during scale-up. With vast experience in DoE/QbD, we quickly identify Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) and understand Proven acceptable Range (PAR) and Normal Acceptable Range (NOR).
