Advanced Facilities
Gain access to a manufacturing facility with capacity of 250 KL, featuring multiple reactors ranging in size from 50L to 15 KL. These facilities have successfully passed inspections by the US FDA, EU-GMP, and CDSCO (India) GMP. Our facility includes:
- MOC – All Glass, GLR, and Stainless Steel
- Batch size ranging from 1 kg to 1.2 MT
- Temperature range: -80oC to 200o C
- Hydrogenators size ranging from 1 KL to 3 KL
- HPAPI facility: OEL level 1-10 µg/m3 and Reactors ranging from 600 L to 3 KL
- Downstream equipment: ANFD, Tray driers, Centrifuges, FBD, Micronizers, Blender etc
- Ability to handle complex reactions and challenging processes
We are also coming up with a new facility situated on an expansive 18-acre plot on the outskirts of Hyderabad, ensuring ample space and strategic location. The facility will embrace advanced automation for optimized yields, enhanced safety, and superior compliance.
